CharterUP was created as an online marketplace for bus rentals to connect individuals and organizations with independent bus companies. We needed to build a full application that was intuitive for non-techie bus company owners while also modern and appealing to younger customers.
Internal Web App
Spotlytics is the internal admin app used by the staff of the Spots app. They needed a site that put max priority on information architecture to make things easy to find, while also heavily emphasizing data visualization so that staff could make sense of all the numbers and tables, translating them into meaningful information.
Five9 is the cool new kid on the block in the call center software industry, but their website didn't communicate a company that was on the cutting edge of cloud technology. They came to me to revamp their entire web presence — from design to content-creation to development.
iOS Application & Website
Home-sharing startup Spots was looking for an app design that was unique yet intuitive, playful yet professional, and engaging yet functionally robust. As lead UX designer, I worked with both the development and business sides of the app to create a seamless user flow.
ServiceMax is the industry leader in SaaS for field service, but their site was bland and their leads were low-quality. I helped them transform their PPC landing pages to emphasize potential productivity gains and tease users into registration with a product demo.
Techsmith's popular Snagit software is the industry standard for screen capture and editing, so why was their conversion rate on PPC landing pages so abysmal? Through HTML5 animation and clearer, visually-engaging communication, I was able to help raise their conversion rate by 10%.
Adventure Hunt is a popular urban treasure hunt, full of adventures and great prizes, but they were running into issues with their drop-off rate on the "How It Works" page of their website. They came to me to make their page clearer, more concise, and more profitable.
Snake River Farms
One of America's finest premium steak vendors, Snake River Farms was selling strong B2B, but their online B2C sales weren't where they wanted them to be. I redesigned their website to have a higher-end appearance that conveyed a sense of luxury.
Peyton Howell is a singer-songwriter in Athens, GA, aiming to book weddings and events. Peyton realized she needed an online presence to boost her credibility, and came to me for a site that conveyed elegance and style that would resonate with brides.
UGA student Amanda Brown needed an online portfolio to show prospective employers. I helped her make a single-page website that doubled as a résumé, with engaging animations and complete mobile-friendliness for interviewers on their phones.
